Refund Policy
How refund requests are handled for digital plans and services.

SVGtoCode offers digital services. Refund requests are reviewed based on account activity, billing status, and technical circumstances.
Standard Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the original payment date.
General Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate or accidental charges are eligible for review and correction.
- Service-impacting technical issues that we cannot reasonably resolve may qualify for partial or full refund consideration.
- Abuse, policy violations, or excessive usage designed to consume service resources do not qualify.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, payment reference, and reason for request. Include the processor used (Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay) and transaction details.
We aim to respond to billing requests within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday).
Decision and Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing timelines depend on the payment processor and your bank.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account limitations or suspension.
